Vendredi le 19 mars 2016, des algues blanches sont apparues dans le ciel de Blanca, en Murcie dans le sud de l’Espagne. Une corde a été tendue sur 180m de distance, au-dessus du précipice entre le Castillo et une antenne située à mi-chemin de la Virgen Blanca. L’artiste Jaïr Mendez m’a accompagnée et il a réussi à photographier le travail tout en retenant la corde au-dessus du vide. Entre les deux points de fixation situés sur deux élévations, j’ai bataillé entre les buissons-velcro et les aspérités de la montagne pour réussir à tendre le câble.
Friday, March 19, 2016, white algae appeared in the sky of Blanca.
A rope of 180m was to be stretched above the cliff between the Castillo and an antenna located halfway to the Virgen Blanca. I worked with the help of artist Jair Mendez, who managed to photograph the work while still holding the rope halfway the attachment points, as I linked both ends.
